Mental Health Recovery Services of Warren & Clinton Counties (MHRS) is the local board of mental health and addiction services, one of 51 boards across Ohio. We support communities in Clinton and Warren Counties as they respond to behavioral health issues through prevention in our schools and interactions with providers of recovery services.
We work to clear roadblocks and challenges so that you or someone you love can build bridges and recover.
